PA/PE bags

PA/PE standard bags

They are used in vacuum packaging for perishable foods that require a long shelf life. It is generally used on industrial vacuum machines with chamber or on household ones intended for this purpose. They are generally produced transparent, in various thicknesses depending on the application.

We produce PA / PE bags with thicknesses between 50 my and up to 200 my, and the size range is between 65mm x 125mm up to 900mm x 1300mm, thus being able to meet all of our customers' requests.

PA/PE boiling bags - pasteurization

The structure of these PA/PE bags is specially designed to withstand pasteurization (processing temperatures up to 120 C) or subsequent boiling of vacuum-packed products.

Applications of this kind are increasingly widespread in the hospitality industry, especially for catering for cooked foods or heat-processed foods, being more and more often used due to the significant increase in the products’ period of validity.

Special PA/PE bags

These bags are those bags in various colors, specially designed for certain applications and products. The most used bags are the blue ones, intended for ripening cheeses (e.g. Cheddar cheese) or for packaging for further processing of milk by-products (e.g. butter, cottage cheese). Blue bags are also used to pack products containing UV-sensitive essential oils.

In this range there are also the white color PA/PE bags, used intensively for packaging cheeses such as white cheese, mozzarella, etc.

We also produce PA/PE bags with large thicknesses, blue or transparent, mainly used for packaging products with high risk of perforation during transportation and handling (seeds, nuts, hazelnuts, etc.).
